Village Clerk and Village Treasurer

The Village Clerk and Village Treasurer offices are responsible for property tax collections, maintaining assessment information, administering the Board of Review, attending Village Board meetings, maintaining meeting minutes, maintaining village ordinances, administering elections, administering most licenses and permits, maintaining payroll and financial records, acting as custodian of all official records of the Village, providing information to the public, and performing all other duties as prescribed by state law or local ordinance.
