Registrations are being excepted either online, by mail, by drop box, or in person.
Complete the registration form in its entirety and send with your payment by MAIL: Mt. Horeb Recreation Department, 222 E. Front Street, Mt. Horeb, WI 53572, by DROP BOX: A 24 hour drop box is located outside at the Recreation Department / Police Department, or IN PERSON: Bring to the Mt. Horeb Recreation Department office. You can also register ONLINE with your credit card by visiting http://mhrd.recware.com.
Registration Policies: Nonresidents may not register before August 25 for FALL youth programs and before October 13 for WINTER youth programs. Residents will have first priority to register for programs offered in the fall until August 24 and until October 12 for winter programs.

It’s as easy as 1 - 2 - 3...
1) Complete the registration form located on page 23 of the printed guide or register online with your credit card at http://mhrd.recware.com. You can also print off a registration form by clicking on the words "Registration Form" at the top of this page. Credit Cards are also accepted at the Recreation Department.
2) Payment or credit card information must accompany form. Make checks payable to Village of Mt. Horeb.
3) Mail to, drop off, or bring into the Mt. Horeb Recreation Department at 222 E. Front St., Mt. Horeb, WI 53572. A drop box is located outside the front door for your convenience.
An Incorrect Amount or No Payment Is Sent
Your registration will be not be processed and will be returned if no payment is sent in. However, if partial payment is sent in, we will send back notice of monies owed and you will then need to resubmit payment to the Recreation Department. If you have registered for only one class and that class is FULL, you will then be sent back your registration materials, payment, and confirmation that you have been placed on the waiting list. If you have more than one program you are registering for and a class is FULL, you will then receive a credit back in the mail (unless you paid by credit card) for the program that is FULL and will be sent a confirmation that you have been placed on the waiting list for that class. The other transactions on the registration form will then be processed.
Confirmation Of Enrollment
Once registered, plan on attending at the listed times & dates. Please feel free to call 437-3400 to verify your registration and/or to ask any questions you may have. No receipt or confirmation will be sent without a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope enclosed in your registration.
Deadlines/Late Fees
A $5.00 late fee will be added to your payment if postmarked after the deadline dates listed. Please plan ahead.
Resident/Nonresident
A resident is anyone who resides within the Mt. Horeb Area School District. All others are considered nonresidents, and will be charged an additional $5.00 to the resident rate. This charge is assessed per person per program.

Partial Payment
The Mt. Horeb Recreation Department will not accept partial payment for any program listed in this guide.
No On-Site Registrations
Instructors will not be allowed to accept registrations or payments at class locations. All registration transactions must be completed at the Recreation Department office prior to the class start date.
Refund Policy
A full refund, minus the convenience fee (if you registered online), will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made seven working days or more prior to the scheduled start date of an activity will have a $2.00 surcharge (please note if you registered online the convenience fee is non-refundable). Refunds or credits will NOT be issued if you cancel out of an activity less than seven working days from the program start date. A credit, minus a $2.00 surcharge and the convenience fee (if you registered online), will be issued in the case of illness or injury. Credits can be used for any recreation program in the future.
