Beginning on Monday, April 3, the Village of Mount Horeb is accepting applications for the 2023 Residential Exterior Improvement Program. This is the first year of the Program. The purpose of it is to encourage the upkeep and appearance of owner-occupied residential homes within the residential districts of the village.
The program provides matching grants up to $5000 for projects that help maintain and enhance the overall attractiveness and vitality of residential districts that are consistent with village expectations and neighborhood preservation. To be eligible for the entire $5000 grant, the approved project must cost at least $10,000. The Village will provide up to $25,000 in total for the program in 2023.
